509.5. Players can always ready runes they just exhausted for Energy or unrecycle runes they just recycled for Power as long as no new action has been taken and focus has not been passed.
509.5.a. When changing decisions as described in 509.3. - 509.4., players can ready/unrecycle runes used for those decisions.
509.5.a.1. Example: A player exhausts two runes and plays Pouty Poro from hand to their base, then immediately decides they do not want to play it. They may return it to their hand and ready those two runes.
